The Space Within

A space to bring like minded people together to share our truth on navigating and overcome the uncertainty within. Read blogs, listen to podcasts, connect and join us as we shine a light on the things inside that hold us back, and how we can learn to overcome them. Together.

'Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.'

Marianne Williamson

Welcome

I am intrigued by the number of ways over the years I have kept myself small. Limited. Feeling somehow incomplete. The messages I have absorbed. The stories I've told myself. The language I've used. The underlying anxiety that stopped me from using my voice. All these things and more determine how I show up in the world.

I didn't speak of this and tried to navigate it alone. Yet when I grew bold and began to speak of that sensitive person inside that holds me back, this resonated with so many people.

In a society that promotes individualism, competitiveness and narratives made to keep us small, here we offer something different. This is a platform to bring people together to share life lessons so we can feel a little more connected and a little less alone. Each of our life experience has value. Within all of us are gifts that can help us, and each other. It's just that we're told to keep quiet. That no one wants to hear us speak our messy truth aloud.

Well not here! This is a space to be seen and heard. A place where we will examine the things inside that keep us small and limited and quiet. And a place to share where we found strength and inspiration to overcome.

Join us.

You are not just what you have done. You are everything you are capable of. Every possible life you could have lived is inside you. You are so much bigger than this chosen timeline. Every emotion you have felt rests inside you. You are vast. You are infinity, walking. Close your eyes and see forever.
Matt Haig
Stories

I write when I'm unsure or feeling alone. I write when I can't find the words to say aloud and when I'm just trying to figure it out.

These I offer to you.
